At our production facility, we achieve seamless production of corrugated packaging boxes using advanced Indian and imported machinery. This includes a 5ply Automatic Corrugated Board Plant, Two Colour Flexo Printing Slotter with Lead Edge Feeder, Two Colour Flexo Printing Slotter with Chain Feeder, Manual Creasing Machine, Folder Gluer Machine, Manual Carton Box Stitching Machine, Platen Die Cutting Machine, Strapping Machine, Auto Folding with Pinning Machine, among others.

5ply Automatic Corrugated Board Plant

This machine converts Kraft paper to board in 3/5 ply as per Client requirements. It has a conversion capacity of 30 tons in a 12 hours shift.

Two Colour Flexo Printing Slotter with Lead Edge Feeder

This machine has a production capacity of 7000 board per hour.

Two Colour Flexo Printing Slotter with Chain Feeder

The Two Colour Flexo Printing Slotter with Chain Feeder delivers precise two-color printing on corrugated sheets. It ensures smooth feeding and combines printing, slotting, and die-cutting for high-quality, large-scale packaging production. The production capacity is 5,000 boards per hour.

Manual Creasing Machine

Used for creating precise creases in cardboard or corrugated sheets. It allows for accurate folding lines, making it ideal for smaller production runs, packaging, and custom jobs.

Folder Gluer Machine

A folder-gluer is a machine that takes a stream of flat open box material (called blanks) that has been produced by a die-cutter or slotting and transforms each box into a finished product by folding and gluing the boxes.

Manual Carton Box Stitching Machine

This machine has a stitching capacity of 500 boards per hour.

Platen Die Cutting Machine

It’s a machine where a wooden die with a blade is fitted and it cuts / shapes the board into various styles of small boxes

Strapping Machine

A packaging machine that use bands of flat plastic tightened around a package or pallet of goods and fasten together to secure the package. Straps can bundle products together, improve containment strength and to secure a load to a shipping pallet

Auto Folding with Pinning Machine

The Auto Folding with Pinning Machine automates box folding and pinning, boosting efficiency, reducing manual labor, and ensuring consistent, high-speed packaging. Ideal for various box sizes in high-volume operations.
